With the hot weather in now in full swing here in the UK I thought I would look at the Summer arrivals in Paperchase - starting with Glamingo. This collection takes it's inspiration from the kitsch flamingo motifs and iconic 1950's tropical prints. You can find the prints on everything from beach bags to bunting, notebooks and pens to partyware. Also complimenting the range is the Cuban Fiesta range from Talking Tables available on paper plates, bunting, and napkins. You can see all the items in the Glamingo range online here.
Another range currently in Paperchase from SS17 is the quirky 'Primatey' collection. This monkey themed design is a children's range that includes stationery, lunchware, gift wrap, and school bags. Besides the colourful hand drawn monkey print there is also a secondary banana print.

With Surtex now in full swing I can return to seeing what is happening out there on the UK high street. I thought I would start with these fresh new arrivals at Debenhams. The cactus collection by Ben de Lisi really caught my eye for its hand drawn cacti across bedding, oven gloves, tea towels and kitchen storage tins. I've also picked out cushions from Jasper Conran and John Rocha, and painterly dots from Ashley Thomas.
